Meet the Interns!!

Our new Interns will be joining us from 24th August 2018 through to the end of June. They have a real breadth of experience, gifts and abilities and we are really excited, not just for the opportunity to sow into them but for what they will bring to the ministry of SUNI.

Connie Lyness has just finished Belfast High School and will be based with Lyndsey Miles in East Belfast.

Hannah Brady, following on from her studies at the Irish Baptist College, will be joining Joel Hutchinson, our Antrim and Lisburn E3 worker.

Liam Shannon, fresh out of Enniskillen Royal Grammar School, will be working alongside our E3 Fermanagh Worker (and co leader of the Internship program) Jeff Gawn

Aisling McMullan will be spring boarding from her internship with Abaana to interning with us, being based in North Down and Newtownards alongside Rachel Tweedie.

And last but not least, we have Shannon Smillie who is our very first Media Intern bringing her knowledge and expertise from her university course in Manchester.

Please pray for them as they prepare for, what we hope, will be a very formative year!

There are still a few places left in our Intern Programme for 2018/19. To find out more visit¬†www.suni.co.uk/suniintern though you’ll need to hurry as the closing date is Monday 20th August!

Prayer Focus

  • Remember the children and young people who came to faith through camps and missions this summer.¬† Pray that they would be able to connect into church and SU groups, and be encouraged to continue in their walk with God.
