I pray for SUNI
What information do you have?
When you indicated that you were interested in praying for SUNI, or some aspect of SUNI’s work, you will have given us your contact information – your name, address and/or email address, and possibly your phone number. You will also have told us what you wanted to pray for and your contact preferences.
Why do you need this information?
This data enables us to send you relevant information in the way you prefer. For example, you might want to receive our monthly Prayer Focus in the post so you can intercede for the work of SUNI. Or you might just be interested in termly email updates from the E3 worker in your area. We will only send you mailings which we believe you have asked for – you can withdraw your consent, opt out of a particular mailing, or change your preferences at any time by unsubscribing from any mailing list, or by contacting us at the office (email (info@suni.co.uk) phone (028 9045 4806) or write to us (SUNI, 157 Albertbridge Road, BELFAST, BT5 4PS)).
Who do you share my information with and how is it kept secure?
Your personal information is held securely on the Filemaker database on our secure, encrypted server and is only accessed by relevant, passworded staff as necessary. We use MailChimp to send out regular mailings: your name and email address are uploaded via their website each time we send out a prayer update. (For more information on Filemaker and Mailchimp see our Third parties section)
How long do you retain my data for?
We will keep your data for as long as you want us to keep sending you prayer information. You can ask us to stop mailing you at any time, and if you no longer wish to hear from us then we can delete your data entirely from our database.
