Serve With Us

SUNI is at heart a volunteer movement. Without the involvement of volunteers, many of our projects would be completely impossible. So why not come on board – would you like a change of scenery or an opportunity to get to know some new people? Would you like to serve by using your gifts or maybe discover some new ones? We’d love to have you on board.

Have a look at the volunteer opportunities below and see if any of them might be up your street.

As a member of a Camps or Missions Team

Throughout the summer, we run an exciting programme of camps and missions across the country. If you want to see lives transformed, light shone into the darkness, communities impacted by the transformational power of God then check out the opportunities to serve at camps and missions.

If you’re 17–70+ there are roles for you whether you’re upfront or prefer to be in the background, whether you love outdoor pursuits or sports or if you like arts, drama or technology – God will transform lives this summer. Will yours be one of them?

Registration for summer 2024 is open between the 14th February and 31st March 2024.

Base Camp 2024

Are you aged 16–18 years old and interested in serving on an SU camp or mission? Then Base Camp is for you!

At Base Camp we want to inspire and equip you for this summer and many summers ahead!

Opportunities

In School

Most children in Northern Ireland attend school – that’s why the ministry of SUs in schools is so exciting!

Could you volunteer to be part of a team that takes assemblies, RE lessons and SU meetings, alongside a member of staff, in your area?

Could you help out with an SU group or even start a new SU group in a school near you?

If you’re over 18 and have a heart to serve God in schools then it would be great to have you on board as part of this team. Could this be you?
